Alumbra - Reincarnated from its Southwharf location, which closed in April 2007 after five-years of trading, cocktail bar Alumbra brings its trademark global essence to Central Pier at the Western end of Shed 9. Va bene pizzeria e pasta cucina has been motivated by the desire to enjoy authentic Italian flavours in the simplest of styles; exquisitely prepared pizza art alongside traditional pasta dishes - just like 'Nonna' used to make it back home. The Woolshed Pub at Central Pier - is an authentic warehouse conversion with an earthy and natural feel with timber finishes providing greater access between Central Pier and Harbour Esplanade.

Modular in design with a host of intimate spaces to uncover, The Woolshed Pub can accommodate up to 675 guests across the main bar, plus smaller groups in the bistro-style mezzanine.

Other features include the original 5 metre high shed doors, double story glazing providing a feature view through to the working keg room and water views out towards Victoria Harbour.
